- A beer and food lab, in which we work passionately with exploring new taste territories and constantly experiment and push the boundaries of what beer and food can do - individually and together.

At Anarkist, we can offer lunch, dinner or just a tasty snack as a delicious supplement to your beer.

Our adjacent event location is ideal for private dinners, meetings, tastings etc.

THE FOOD

At Anarkist, we use beer as an ingredient in dishes and we use malt, mash and hops to add flavour, enhance the gastronomic experience and make a clear taste statement.

Beer requires time, dedication and good ingredients and at Anarkist, we use the same formula for cooking - with added ferocity, passion and love of adventure, resulting in constant movement of both the menu and the beer list, following regional tastes and seasons.

Our food is to 30-60% organic and we carefully select the best ingredients from the fields, forests and gardens of the region.
