Unique And Sophisticated Pale Ale

This beer is a real zig in a world full of zags. Theodor Schiøtz taught us that the road to improved solutions often is all about breaking habits. We have brewed this seductive Pale Ale with Simcoe and Mosaic hop. And we added ginger for a unique touch.

– Looks

Pale with sparkling white foam.

– Fragrance

Light and fresh drinkable pale ale with lovely notes of Mosaic from dry hop in beautiful combination with the refreshing touch of freshly ground ginger.

– Taste

Honey malt creates a nice and full base, ensuring great balance with the fruity hop notes and light notes of ginger without the bitter aftertaste.

I'm the brewer

Beer is our product. But our master brewers know the basics. Apart from the master brewers at Theodor Schiøtz Brewing, we like to invite other skilled brewers to join our processes and development.

Anders Nielsen

With a background as graduate engineer in biotechnology from DTU, where I participated in starting the DTU brewery alongside with the industrial department, focusing on technology and alternative methods, I am today a proud master brewer. I obtained the title as master brewer in 2013 after passing the Diploma Master Brewer exam at the Scandinavian School of Brewing in Valby along with a nine month internship and project at e. g. Left Hand Brewing Company (US), Nøgne Ø (NO), Carlsberg (UK) and (DE) and Danish Malting Group.

I think that the future of craft beer is completely uncertain - only technology and imagination set the limits.
